Troubleshooting

Nine times out of ten, one of these fixes it:

  • Keep your League Frame close to your phone or computer throughout the setup process.
  • Please check that your network name and password are entered exactly as they appear on your router information. These details are case-sensitive.
  • League Frame will only connect to password-protected 2.4 GHz networks, and it will not connect to 5 GHz networks.
  • League Frame cannot be used with networks that require you to log in through a web page.

This usually means your League Frame has lost its Wi-Fi connection. If you have not changed your Wi-Fi details, then you can power cycle your League Frame: remove power, reconnect power, and then wait a few minutes for your League Frame to refresh.

If your Wi-Fi details have changed, then please follow the displayed instructions to set up your League Frame with your new details.

Your League Frame refreshes at the interval you have chosen in your device settings. Check that you have waited for your selected refresh time.

Check that there is power to your League Frame (you will see a red LED at the rear) and that your Wi-Fi network is working.

If you are sure that there is new information that should be displayed, and you have waited for your specified refresh interval, you can power cycle your League Frame: remove power, reconnect power, and then wait a few minutes for your League Frame to refresh.

Go to your device settings and change your selections there. You can assign up to three teams, leagues or views to your League Frame – or up to five with League Frame Plus. Changes are picked up at the next refresh, usually within a few minutes.

To move between your views, press the button on the back. Each press moves to the next one, so press twice to skip one. Give it a minute or two to refresh after pressing.

It takes a couple of minutes for your League Frame to update after you have pressed the button.

The button will only change the display if you have multiple leagues set up. Please check your device settings to ensure that you have multiple leagues enabled.

If that doesn't fix it, you can power cycle your League Frame: remove power, reconnect power, and then wait a few minutes for your League Frame to refresh.

Hold the button on the back of your League Frame for 10 seconds and then release it. After a few minutes, the display will show the Quick Start Guide and you can set up your Wi-Fi details again.

The display flashes for several seconds each time it refreshes. This is perfectly normal and it ensures the clearest display of your league information.

Your Account and Add-Ons

You can order either at any time from the League Frame Plus page or the League Add-On page. I'll activate them and email you to confirm, usually the same day.

Yes. Get in touch and I'll assign the membership to their email address. I won't email them, so the surprise stays intact – it'll be ready when they set their League Frame up.

Contact me and I'll cancel it, no questions asked. Your League Frame carries on working exactly as it did before – live scores, tables and every league you've selected.

First, check the League Add-On page – some competitions are available there rather than as standard. If it's not there either, let me know which one you're after and I'll look into adding it. I add new competitions most seasons, and requests genuinely do shape what comes next.

Warranty and Support

One year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase – email me and I'll arrange a repair or replacement.

I guarantee at least three years of live football data. That's the minimum, not the target. League Frame is into its fourth season, with new leagues and features added every year.

About Your League Frame

No – and that's deliberate. Each casing is 3D-printed and each device is hand-assembled by me in Britain – not mass-produced off a production line. So no two are exactly alike, and you may spot minor variations or slightly rough edges.

If something looks damaged rather than simply unique, contact me and I'll sort it.

Yes, all League Frames have UKCA marking for sale in the UK, and CE marking for sale in the EU.

Recycling your old electricals is easy!

Recycle your electrical and electronic devices free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the Recycle More website and type in your postcode.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We’re proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.

How are we helping?

In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS).
